WHO WE ARE & OUR MISSION
Founded in 2011 by Cody Grandadam, Promier® (later known by its flagship brand LitezAll®) began as a
one-man operation and has since grown into a leading B2B wholesale flashlight manufacturer and global
supplier of innovative portable lighting.
Despite being relatively young in the industry, we’ve built a strong domestic and international team. Our
size allows us to stay agile—able to pivot quickly, innovate consistently, and deliver results without the
delays and constraints often seen in larger organisations burdened by bureaucracy and overhead.
Our people-first approach and nimble operations give our partners the best of both worlds: big-company
capability with small-company responsiveness.
